Part 1 focuses on the fundamental principles of Swedish massage and adaptive techniques. Students will learn about human anatomy, physiology, and the basics of Swedish massage. The curriculum covers topics such as deep tissue massage, sports massage, and therapeutic massage. Students will also learn about client assessment and treatment planning. Additionally, students will be introduced to adaptive massage techniques, which are designed to cater to various client needs and conditions.
